Ordföranden öppnade mötet och hälsade de närvarande föreningarnas
Representanter välkomna . Val av mötesordförande, sekreterare och justeringsmän

Till mötes justeringsmän utsågs följande……..

Dagordningen godkändes och därefter diskuterades stadgarna i tur och ordning vilka också Godkändes av alla. I första och andra punkten på dagordningen avseende adressen till Organisationen och dess framtida verksamhet, var en stor majoritet överens om att Organisationens adress bör ändras snarast.
Deltagarna bekräftade organisationens affärsplan och enighet uppnåddes efter en lång debatt Ansvarsfrihet gavs till den gamla styrelsen och mötesdeltagarna var alla 17 klubbar att 34 klubbar representanter var eniga följande:)
Vi behöver nytt blod inom Akademien, och därför utsågs Jan Olof Engström till ledamot i styrelsen. Styrelsen ser därmed ut enligt följande:
1. Ordförande:Mohamed Bashir Ali
2. Vice/Ordförande:Abdirizak sheekh aduun
3-Sekreterare:Qaman Hagi Munye
4-Kassör:Jan Olof Engström
5-Ledamot:Laylo Abdi Artan

De närvarande föreningarnas representanter fastställde ännu en gång att organisationens Firmatecknare enligt stadgarna är de följande två styrelseledamöterna i enighet (tillsammans) Samt att ordföranden har rätt till att förvalta alla organisationshandlingar.

The chairman opened the meeting and welcomed those present union
Representatives welcome. Election of meeting chairman and secretary and the minutes
Chairman of the meeting: Omar Hussen
To the meeting secretary: najmä Mohamed Ali
To the meeting was to approve the minutes following ... ... ..

The agenda was approved and then discussed the statutes, in turn, which was also endorsed by all. The first and second item on the agenda for the address of the organization and its future activities, was a large majority agreed that the Organisation's address should be changed urgently.
The participants reaffirmed the organization's business plan and agreement was reached after a long debate was to discharge the former Board and meeting participants were all 17 clubs to 34 clubs representatives agreed the following:)
We need new blood in the Academy, and therefore was named Jan Olof Engstrom to Management Board members. The Board therefore looks as follows:
1st President: Mohamed Bashir Ali
2nd Vice / President: Abdirizak sheekh aduun
3-Secretary: Qaman Hagi Muny
4-Treasurer: Jan Olof Engström
5-Member: Laylo Abdi Artan
6-Member: Yusuf Qolhar
The organization's auditors and deputies were elected to the following:

The present union representatives stated once again that the organization's Signatories according to its statutes, the two directors of the agreement (together) and that the President has the right to manage all organization documents.
