Al-Qaida has ordered Alshabab in Somalia to change its strategy as follows:

‪1. Replace current Amir Diiriye from Dir tribe with Hawiye Amir, likely candidates will be selected from three tribes,

a) Hawaadle 

b) Abigal

c) Habergedir‬

2. Pay Diya to tribes in Somalia who are victims of terrorism for the past 10yrs via the 4.5 system starting with Hawiye & Rahanweyn and reconcile their tribal chief to buy time for now.

3. Hawiye & Rahweyne will receive about $120M of $450M Diya (the money AS robbed from them).

Meanwhile Al-Qaida is plotting an escape route for its foreign terrorist fighters in Somalia via Brava and Harahdeere to go to Yemen in case Alshabab is defeated.

Qatar is planning on resuming the negotiations between Alshabab and Somalia government on January 2023 after the World Cup.
